LED Seing Arm Wall Lamp Replacement Part
After 3 calls and an hour on the phone I finally got the lamp LED controller part number. Could not order the part from George Kodaks!
Was advised I needed to place my order with a lamp supplier.
I called lamps plus portland took three calls and another hour to get an order placed. The part is not scheduled to ship until October 17, 2023.
All that to say this - I was not going to buy a $274..00 lamp when I could repair it for $60.00.
Your tips for reviews is insulting!!

Damage light fixture from a lighting store. Need to know if you have more so I can replace it.
I dont have a complaint Im trying to see if you carry this item because the one I received from the lighting store that was package inappropriately is damaged and I need a new light fixture because my bathroom vanity requires two lights, and I only received one from your store that was packaged beautifully
Preferred solution: I’d like to purchase the light fixture that came from the lighting store that I purchased that was totally ruined when it arrived at my house

Difficult to find but now I have a Canadian retailer offering to get me a replacement but this tiny led light will be close to $100 by the time it gets here.

Missing parts in P23-084. I need the pole and the light bulb that was supposed to be included
Missing parts I listed above. The pole to hang the light fixture is missing.
I just need that part.
The bulb for the light fixture is also missing. I just need them to make the gorgeous light work.

Installation question
Gave me a brief one sentence answer that did not answer the question. I explained the situation in detail and sent a picture of the part in question. The manual that came with the lamp was very very poorly written.

The lady in customer service was extraordinarily helpful. Working with me via my cell phone, I took several photos of the part that was not working, She is at this writing taking a lunch break and will work with their tech staff to see if they can find the part.
This light is over thirty years old. We bought two.
One now doesn't work. We'll be lucky if they have the part, but the Customer Service effort was terrific.
Preferred solution: spare part for my kovacs light. I'm hoping!
