Disatisfied
The ceramic grill is not a good one, I tried to clean it and cant get rid of the grease, I called the customer service phone and talked to someone like a month ago, and she said that she will send me an email with the instruction so you can send me a replacement whole grill but never received anything,
Please let me know asap, what is the status of the replacement, I am not satisfied, very frustrated customer,
