Cancel subscription
I have tried to cancel my subscription under jmaunte@***.edu, but I can't access that email anymore. I have tried cancelling several times and was told it was cancelled, but I am still getting charged for it and would like to talk to someone on the phone.

I got a $150 charge that I did not want and clarified I did not want any kind of subscription or anything. The skincare gave me a terrible rash.
Online it states they do not give refunds or cancelations after its left their warehouse. Well I don't want their products and you shouldn't have sent me anything from your warehouse without me wanting it. No refunds???. You shouldnt have have took my money in the 1st place so technically its not a refund, its fraud.
I cant get anyone to call me back or answer my emails so ive contacted my bank and the BBB. Now I'm not only out the initial 79 bucks I spent with them just to get a horrid burning rash, but now I'm out another 150 bucks!!!

This experience was just awful. I did the trial and was excited to try out the 3-month subscription.
However, they charged my credit card $200 and two weeks went by with no product or email tracking. I had to reach out via email (they don't have a phone number) and was sent tracking by customer service that said my package arrived by the USPS.
Nothing ever came so I asked if they would be sending out a new package and all they said was "we don't issue refunds." So essentially I am out $200 due to either it being delivered to the wrong house or stolen. Most businesses would trust the customer and send replacement products.D
