Arrived at 3003 reeves rd Plainfield in. Was told recieving hrs 8am to noon. They have 16 docks empty but won't unload me till 330pm. Said it's appointment. Will not unload me even though there is no one else here to unload. It cost me a 1400.00 load going home because of a stupid company policy and *** poor managementnever come here

Trying to deliver a load. Was told to arrive between 8am and noon. Arrived at 9am there are 15 empty docks and won't recieve product until 330pm. They say it's company policy. It cost me a 1400 dollar load I was to pick up by 2pm. Why can't they just unload the truck
User's recommendation: Unload trucks in order of arrival we have a limiter amount of time to work each day. If we go wvoe that time we can be fined in the thousands and placed out of service costing even more.
