Parts that been send is shorter

I just opened the box to where the parts I ordered this day 06/02/2025. The part is a sheath heater; the size is 19.5 inches in length.

The original length is 27 inches, the one that is in the refrigerator. You sent me a shorter part.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Called the company and sent the part back. They refunded the amount, minus shipping, today.

I ordered an ice maker for my Samsung refrigerator, and you sent a substitution part that is too long. You don't have my part now, so I had to purchase elsewhere.

Lousy customer service

For whatever strange reason, their site sold me a part that does not fit my appliance. Now they are telling me that I cannot return it, as I purchased the wrong part; my own fault.

Disappointing customer service.

First ordered part by model number including the revision on the end. Then when should up fedex put in mail box so got took.

Then waited still and when receive board it was incorrect board.

I sent back and most like they will find a reason not to refund for board and then I will be stuck out. I will never purchase through genuine replacement parts again.

Local repair shop told daughter that she needed it because hers was broken. Wasnt broken.

I figured out the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes. But thanks for the prompt and courteous service.

Resolved: Notorious for never paying for return postage for sending wrong part

I have a PO that confirms what I ordered and yet they sent me another part. I have a packing label to confirm the wrong part they sent.

On top of that, they packed it poorly. They refused to pay for shipping it back and claiming I ordered that part when evidence shows otherwise and they know it. I come to find out they never will own up to screwing up and apparently they must have a sad little shipping dept to make that many mistakes. Yes, their prices are pretty good for applicance parts, but god forbid, if they send you the wrong part.

Given how often they do it, you will end up paying to have it returned. It cost me 26 dollars to return the part. I had to make a claim to PayPal and they refunded the entire amount i put couldn't cover my return shipping. I"m out 26 dollars which is the cost to send something back to these bozos who were the ones who screwed up in the first place.

Never again! .
