Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I sent a photo of my bank payment and they finally agreed, that my purchase was completed. It took almost one must to get my order.

Hi! I bought online yesterday, 12/26, cardigan. My visa card was charged $134.90. But, instead of receiving confirmation email, I received email which says, that I left something in my bag. By the way, I received confirmation of my purchase right after I completed the transaction. I did not print it, because I was sure, I will get it in my email. Then I checked bank account, my card was charged. Thank you, Tamara Pilosov.

User's recommendation: always print confirmation!!!
