Went for a cleaning they tell me I have to fill out new paperwork. I’ve been a customer for 20 years I gave them all my paperwork and they tell me that they have a new computer system
then I asked him how come, they didnt back it up they had no answer for that their answer was we just need you to fill out paperwork again. I did not come prepared to fill out paperwork just to get my teeth clean.
I didnt bring all the paperwork that I normally would bring, so I was not happy but when I hand the paperwork to the young lady, the other young lady said come with me, and I said I went with her and I was not happy, and she kept telling me to calm down calm down calm down, Sammy calm down I was not loud or nothing but I feel as though that I was being treated like a kid I am not a kid. Im a 66 year old man then she went on to tell me well you can leave you dont have to stay here. So I took her words for what she said, so I left was not happy, but she gave me a choice. I took that choice.
I did not like your attitude. She needs to learn better customer service I was in the business for 15 years I know a customer services and thats not it.

What are you talking about Calm down or else you can leave so I chose to leave. She gave me a choice. And I am a 66 year old man talking to me like a child. Dont appreciate it customer service she needs to work on it.
Shes not good at it. I worked in that business for 15 years.

Malpractice
I received referral from my insurance. Medicare, Facey of California.
Treatment included 1-removal of 11 teeth, 2-temporary Fulse teeth and 3-a full set of perinate teeth.
1- Local anastatic was used sparingly and untimely causing pain that was so severe that I yelled and tried to escape from the chair until they applied additional anastatic and rushed me out the rear exit.
2- I was fitted with false teeth that could not be adjusted do to a mistake in alignment.
I was able to only use the upper teeth. This was not covered by insurance.
3-Finall when they installed the perinate teeth there was necessary for additional lab work.
AND ON THE LAST DAY THERE WAS AN UNUSAL OVERBITE AND UNUSAL INPROFECTIONS.
It would be necessary for the lab to more work.
When I asked about the overbite I was told by the dentist that; THESE TEETH ARE ONLY GOOD FOR APPEARENCE AND NOT FOR EATING.
of note..Do to the length of time for this process I have lost 20lbs caused by a diet with out the proper teeth,
I am currently prepairing a list of authoritys for a formal complaint.

The examining Dentist was excellent as was the Hygenist. I was referred to an Endodontist who did her job; however, lacked good patient skills.
She entered the room introduced herself behind my back and studied the x-rays. After a brief but adequate exam she told me I needed a root canal.
I would not return to her. The rest of the Staff and Equipment were all superb and I may return after I have my Root Canal.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I could not deal with the stress of Gentle Dental possibly forwarding my balance to a collection agency, and then ruining my good credit ,so I gave the scammers and liars $300 that they did not deserve because they lied to me and Basically committed fraud against me, The only other option would be to have picketed With signs outside of their store Front and take them to court, which would prolong this situation and cost me more money And stress..

My complaint is about the concord NH practice. When I first went in i had explained that i had been in a bad situation with a previous dentist by the name of 3 stone dental in Manchester who after waiting for months i finally got my upper dentures and a partial along with a filling that fell out 6 months later.
My two front teeth were not centered so had to make me another denture and filled the cavity again. 1 year later the filling fell out again, and he would not take care of it saying i would have to pay to have it filled and also would not do anything to fit the partial correctly. Big waste of money. Then after two years of hearing nothing from them I had received a notice from a collection agency for 57.00 in which i did not owe.
As anyone knows the dental profession decided they want to collect their fee up front which I did. They were paid in full. I believe this was their revenge for my reporting them to the BBB. There was another dentist in Minnesota a year before that also raked me over the coals.
Now that you can understand where I'm coming from I again find myself in a bad situation. Went in to gental dental in concord, and they did the evaluation and explained what was going to happen and the cost which i agreed to. they then asked how i planed on paying and asked for that days fee. No problem.
i then get told after all that they want me to go to Manchester to have my teeth pulled and have two anchors put in for my implants.I paid for that before any work was done. On the way out the tell me to come in a week later to check on what they did. i drove all the way there to find out they screwed up and my appointment was a month later. Not happy as if i wanted to travel to Manchester I would've made my original appointment there.
i got that staightened out and had another appointment in concord for impression's to be done and that was fine. at that time i was told by dr Cash that she would be the only person taking care of me as she was the one who did the impressions. At that time i paid in full. i received another appointment for 8/27/20 I showed up and Jessie at the front desk could not find my appointment.
He told me someone must have taken me out of the system. A girl by the name of Makela had made that appointment. Jessie excused himself to go find out what was going on as I waited about ten minutes and no one came back, so I left as I was beginning to get upset and didn't want to cause a scene. I was contacted the next morning and given another appointment for 9/3/20 and told my dentures had not come back from the lab, this was the second time my appointment had been cancelled and blamed on the lab although they had from the middle of august to get them done.
i was told by the person in charge her name Makela that the lab ran out o materials. I kinda doubt it. i told them i wanted all this done before Oct 1st as i am going in for heart surgery bypass. i now won't be available to receive my dentures till December as i will be recovering from my surgery if i make it.
MY new appointment is now 9/15/20. I went back to gental dental to inform them of that and to no avail as Makala was looking for excuses to get me to leave by accusing me of yelling which is my normal gruff louder voice. I told her it was my normal voice but if she continued to argue with me she would *** me off, and then she would know what yelling is. she then asked me to leave again in which i did.
I was also told that DR.Cash would not be finishing and would be assigned to another dentist.
not happy at all once again. I pissed of is a swear then why is this page called pissed off consumer.

Did not do what was advertised in charge full price
My husband had an appointment October 9, 2020 for the new patient exam x-rays cleaning and treatment plan. At your Attleboro office in Massachusetts.
He received only an x-ray and exam. We were charged the full $57. We are extremely upset and Are curious as to if this is your best practice? As far as We concerned it was falsely advertised and when he called he made an appointment for cleaning and patient offer he expected to get exactly that.
That offer was not for filled and We would like an immediate refund due to deceitfulness and as far as We concerned terrible customer service. They never even offered to reschedule the cleaning. We will Likely not go back to gentle dental again due to the practices listed above. My phone number is 781408****.

Fui por sólo una limpieza, el doctor me reviso y me dijo que necesitaba una corona tarde 10 dias con una provisional no pude comer de ese lado por que me la dejaron mal puesta. Anduve con dolor.
Fui a que me pusieran la corona y regrese con un dolorazo horrible. Me dijo que necesitaba endodoncia (canal). Y después de todo el procedimiento regrese a que me pusieran la corona nueva y el doctor se negó sólo me la relleno. Siendo que fue culpa de él por no revisar mis radiografías y darse cuenta que necesitaba primero el canal y después la corona.
Me diagnosticó mal. Ahora exijo mi reembolso o una corona nueva por favor.
Sin cobrarles todo el dolor que este "Doctor " me hizo pasar durante un mes. Sólo quiero mi corona nueva por favor.
