I made myself a member by putting all my personal details in and bank details. I deposited £100 of my own money to play.
Then the site directed me to photo ID. I sent a copy of my driver's licence but couldn't take a photo of my face because it wouldn't accept the photo off my phone. My account has been locked onto the page, and I can't access my account to withdraw my money. I've contacted customer service via email about 10 times, explained my issue, and sent them all my details for a refund.
I have had no response from them. Completely shocking service, and I'm sending all my emails to the ombudsman and complaints department.
