No response for warranty
double hung windows wont lock, they blame install but no ideas to fix. The builder has built a house for us before this one using gentek wibdows with no problems. Gentek wont answer his calls

Really angry
- - They charged $7000 for a $1300 water softener, marketed as filtration.
- - The unit was installed by the garage door connected to the sprinkler system.
We bought a townhouse with my daughter 2 1/2 years ago. A salesman came and sold our daughter a water filtration system for $7000.
We later found out that the unit only cost $1300. Recently, we discovered that it's not a filtration system at all, but a water softener, and it was hooked up to the sprinkler system not the main waterline. Additionally, it was installed by the garage door, not deep in the garage. We called to speak with someone and the woman who answered the phone was very rude.
We asked for sales or the sales manager. She directed us to the service manager's voicemail, so we hung up and called back. When we called again, she said, 'Oh, you didn't leave a message,' with an attitude. Then, we spoke to another person who also gave us an attitude.
This man was unprofessional and extremely rude. He told us to get our facts straight and asked where we got our information. He implied that we didn't know what we were talking about and hung up on us. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this company.
They took advantage of a young girl living on her own for the first time, which is mortifying.
We, her parents, don't live in the townhouse with her. This company is disgusting.

Complaint #1311**** was to have work done by end of year. It was not done and I have heard nothing form them.
