wouldn’t even give me a loaner because my car is used , because I bought it from them used they wouldn’t cover a loaner , then I told them I can’t believe the service I’m getting from them , then she said I would give you a loaner but we don’t have any !! I asked for the owner or manager to call me and she said they won’t budge anyways so don’t waste your time ... I work for a very big company that penetrates a lot of homes in the whole USA and I will make sure I tell every single one of them not to deal with VW .. such a big company and they can’t help me with this issue I have with my car .
Still making payments and owned it for two years and the warranty doesn’t cover anything that has gone wrong with this car ... so pissed
