Get apointment reset
Had an appointment with Dr Lu at the Willis office on 8 Jan, but was called to let me know the labs he needed would not be available and the appointment was reset for the 15th at Willis. My wife already has an appointment and I need to have my appointment with Dr Lu after the 17th to discuss alternative treatments for my cancer.
I have called twice to do this but haven't receive3d a requested call back th first time an then put on hold supposedly for the Huntsville operator for over 15 minutes at which time I gave up. I need an appointment with Dr; Lu after the 17th at the Willis Office. my phone number is 936499****.
I have numerous other appointments so need to know what is available. I called again and was transferred but there was so much background noise I could not hear the person.

Billing Fraud
Received notice of payment due $223.64 from DAVID P. ELLENT, PLCC DBA GENESIS MEDICAL GROUP.
The total includes :
$93.53, an office patient visit at GMG Six Pines fee on 04/26/2021
($58.24) my payment for the 04/26/21 visit
$61.86 sample collection and analysis fee on 04/19/2021
$132.87 fees from 02/21/2020, for which I have no recollection, and have received no previous due notice
The statement advises calling 281-440-**** if there are any questions about the balance on the statement.
Over the course of the past week;
I have called the number every day, several times a day, and
receive an automated notice that I may leave a message.
Then I receive a second automated notice, that "The messaging Box is Full."

ELLENT, PLCC DBA GENESIS MEDICAL GROUP's has attempted to extract funds form me for services they claim to have performed fourteen (14) months ago. There is no way to communicate with the firm to answer questions regarding these same funds.
