Genero.tv sucks

Genero.tv is supposed to help labels organize music videos. So, I asked them for information about running a video contest. I get a response from some guy named Andrew telling me that they want to hear the song. So, I send him the track, which is like a 1970's type heavy metal song that is getting amazing reviews. Guess what....no response from Andrew. I send him email after email...no response. What is their problem? If you want to develop a business, try to be responsive to people who want to become your customer. That's a tip, Andrew!
