No way to contact the company
Ordered 3 packages from Generic Giant through Amazon. Delivered Feb 29, 2024
Received 2 packs even though I paid for three.wanted to complain but never got the time so far.
I opened the first pack towards end of May.
The odor out of the box was strange and not typical. The taste had a metallic ting. The effect of sleep was almost nonexistent.
I tried to check the expiry day on the packages and I saw that it was actually covered by a white non transparent labelsame on both pack. However, when pouring some water on that label it clearly showed underneath EXP.

- - No USPS shipment notice arrived; I am concerned the order was not sent or may be lost.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
A correction of my complaint is in order. The missing package finally arrived after six weeks.
The delay was due to the poor service of USPS. But Generic Giant cannot be left off the hook.
They did not reply to any of my e-mail letters. Customer service is not their good point.
After four more days, I am sorry to report that Generic Giant did not respond to your promoting nor to my personal email. In additional to poor service, their customer service needs great improvement.
On Nov 11, 2023 I ordered and paid by Paypal for an item. Order no.
15340. I usually get a notice from USPS about shipment and am able to track.
I did not receive such notice this time. I am concerned that the order is lost or was not even sent.

1. A Microwave wrong part was delivered that took me a delay to report by 22 days due to non- availability of appropriate service engineer.

Electrowave company that sold the part. shows its address as 40, Shop No.1, Koil Street, Chennai-1(TN). However, their phone number as searched through Google, shows invalid.
3. Only way to communicate was through Amazon (Abhijit and then Mohit)who finally furnished your phone number while you made me waste 2 hrs of my valuable time without attending.

All I wanted was a clean replacement with No. 2M 214 39G Kore the correct Cat/ Part No.than Gelanz M24FB-610A, made in China which was actually delivered.

Purchased kirkland sleep aid early june said it was shipped. However its now 25 june and myorder is not here.
I emailed generic they told me to use the tracker. The tracker stops in sydney and you can only put in a canadian or US number to complete tracking.
I will not purchase from them again. Appears ive lost my 40.00

I received my Genes Vitamin E Creme with its lid askew and cream slathering the inside of the bubble mailer. Several phone calls go to voicemail with no- one calling back; and 2 complaint emails with pictures requesting replacement product have been ignored.

I contacted tgem tgru Genericgaint.com website no response. Went thru Amazon got response, sent pictures of ecerything they wanted so they could "investigate" 3 weeks later still nothing. I asked for refund, tired of dealing with it, heard nothing. Contacted Amazon customer service, fast response said I would get refund.
I would never recommend dealing with thus company ever. AMAZON needs to give them the boot if you ask me.

I ordered 4 bottles of ibuprofen from generic giant and received 2. Generic giant showed proof of delivery and EBAY sided with them.
I am out the money. EBAY gets their share of what was not sent and the customer gets screwed. Order from someone else. Complaints will not help.
I emailed GENERIC GIANT and was accused of trying to scam the system--exactly what they are doing. I know of 2 others that the same thing happened to so it is not just a case of one mistake in shipping.
