Bad experience with parts

Bought a controller board for my generac $$328 plus shipping. Installed the board and it did not work. Called them up and they said they dont warranty parts unless they install them. Also they dont return phone calls the parts department personnel had no knowledge of their products. Would not recommend them to anybody

Worst service department never return calls Hugo never returns calls my generator still not repaired after several months

Have been in contact with Hugo in service department for updates on the repairs of my generator which is still under warranty he never returns calls and I'm never updated has been several months now and I still without the generator including during hurricane Ian

Service Call

The generator supercenter technician Steven called to let me know he was going to my home to replace a faulty part on my generator. After he installed the new part, he left a message to let me know the generator was repaired and ready to go. I appreciate them letting me know they are coming, but most importantly, letting me know it is repaired and ready for use.
