Bad customer service

At in drive thru over 30 mins. Passed over numerous times.Teller stayed transaction would be processed. After a long wait. Called for teller. Another teller informed. she didn't get info. Transaction not on container. After another wait. Teller stated fee would be waved for bank check. Um, just give me my transaction

Not satisfied and unprofessional

Very negative customer service done by their clerk at branch at the San Antonio Airport; we will not recommend Generation Federal Credit Union and will share their poor customer service with all airport employees. They should closed down your branch at the airport to safe their reputation or change management there. Being in business means more than just selling services or goods. it's being in business means monitoring,service,reputation managing, generating, and listening. “Terrible!!!” “Terrible!!!” “Terrible!!!” Very negative customer service done by their clerk at branch at the San Antonio Airport; we will not recommend Generation Federal Credit Union and will share their poor customer service with all airport employees.
