disgusting people! fighting in front of customers. disorganized. they know nothing about glasses. unprofessional... they make u wait while they lost your glasses. and sell you glasses with defects.
you'll have to go back fifty times to fix all the problems.
this business should be flushed.
i waited an hour while the lady claimed fought with people on the phone, outside, and even with other customers. i paid w2ay to much to be treated like ***, and my glasses looked horrible, and had blurry glass.
GVC should be investigated. horrrible just horrible.
