Poor Business Management. Poor Business Ethics.
Hired Unqualified and Untrained Employees who have no Organizational Skills. Doesnt take Pride in doing a good job. Doesnt take Responsibility for their Actions. Doesnt Care about Client Concerns or Disatisfactions.
Sneaking in Waiver for Client to Sign Unaware that it was part of the package. Refused to pay for Damages of Property, and Personal Belongings.
Directing Threats to me. More specifically, he was Bullying me to succumb to his Demands of submitting No Claims at all. His idea of Customer Resolution was Zero Recourse.
He equated the routine submittal of a Damage Claim for $1600.00 with actual Defamation of his Business.
These are two different things. Basically, he was Denying me the normal, routine protocol of submitting a Claim for Damages and vehemently calling it Defamation.

Preferred solution: Refund the amount of Damages assessed at $1600.00
