Lost/stolen package

Probably the worst shipping company to have to deal with. I ordered a very expensive and limited edition item from Microsoft and thanks to GLS it is now lost or possibly stolen.

Shame on Microsoft for using such a *** shipping service, but still. My package was scheduled for delivery on Friday, Christmas Eve, but I wanted to pick it up at a local hub instead which they said they could do that same day and I would receive a call. Day goes by and no call, so they told me the following Monday I can go pick it up so I waited until Monday and when I called them to see if it was ready they told me it was now missing.

When I checked the tracking for my package it said it was scanned in the system at the Ontario,CA delivery depot, so I was not sure how it was lost when it was scanned in. I even went to the pickup location to see if it was there and nothing.

Online customer service is a complete joke as well as calling the customer service number. Nobody helps and instead will just refer you to the shipper and tell them to handle it. My item was limited edition and cannot be replaced and it *** me off that I lose out on being able to get what I paid for because GLS cannot do their job. GLS will continue to put you in a circle and not do a damn thing and they will not contact you back about any problems you have about your package.

I would suggest looking into what carrier any online store uses and stay away from anything that uses GLS or try to find an alternative. I am confident someone at the warehouse probably saw what was inside my package and stole it because it was clearly scanned at the warehouse and GLS will still not do any kind of investigation.

Completely worthless delivery service. Oh and to top it all off, when I asked customer service how can it not be at the warehouse when it was scanned in, they gave me some *** excuse that "It was not a real scan and was instead computer generated automatically." Right...stupidest thing I have ever heard.
