General Home Warrenty is non response to request to fix air conditioner
We contacted General Home Warranty to fix our air conditioner on Monday June 22 at 8:00am. They asked us to wait 24-48 hours for an appointment time. We waited a full 48 hours and began contacting them again to follow up on our request for service. It's now 3:30 PM on Friday June 26, and they have been unresponsive to all follow up phone calls, texts and emails. Temps have been 95-102 degrees this week. Not returning our calls to just begin to assess the issue under our home warranty is unacceptable. We got our relator involved who recommended this organization and they called her right back claiming to contact us first thing this morning. We've left messages at 8:00, 12:00 and 2:30, leaving multiple ways to reach us, with absolutely no response.
