Not good that an expensive item like this does not have a customer service representative to answer questions.
I bought the Java gel stain to finish a project and the result of the second tin is very different. The original was a beautiful matte finish, the second is an ugly shiny finish.
It has ruined my cabinet and there is no one to help me. A live person to resolve issues like this would be the bare minimum for a company that charges a premium for its products.

Poor drying
They want you to purchase their product then want to charge you to answer question about their product. When it's not drying they want me to give them a credit card to answer a question as to why.
I gave them all the information that they asked for then wanted to charge money to answer why it's not drying. If GF doesn't stand behind their product Old Masters does.

I was disappointed not to be given the opportunity to speak to a representative about their product and how the product works best having never used it.non of the u tube how to video addressed my questions.

Verified ReviewerI am not a pissed off customer. I was just trying to get some tech support on how to best apply your one product. However you we sight is awful and your website is not manageable. .
I like your products and use them often. However, I have a technical question and your online support, at least in terms of access, is treating me like an upset customer.
Which, by the way, I was not. But now I am. You promised to be mindful of customer needs, but I can't get access to you to ask a simple question.
So, I am left with a simple impression: you bought it, now figure out how to use it. And that sucks.

It seems to be impossible to reach this company for a question. Their phone message doesn't accept recorded questions, and just refers you to their retailer for questions which, OF COURSE, the retailer cannot possibly answer.
