Tree protection tubes

I always use Gemplers if I can. You are a 5 star. However, the new tree tube protectors seem to have a problem. Because of the clear plastic liner they are acting like a greenhouse in my trees that are in full sun. Last year's tubes were better - the light green type with vent holes. Thank you Eric H. I called back and spoke to another customer service rep who was absolutely professional and took care of the complaint credit to this rep as a professional and saved the company's reputation

I had purchased jeans in September that were backordered, Knowing what I know no I should have canceled and run away. They did not notify me of shipping but allegedly they were shipped in November. In December Looking at my credit card statement I noticed a charge for the items I went to the website and tracked the order. and it showed no delivery. I called the company Gemplers and was told I needed to follow up with the Post office. No help from them at all. I contacted the post office and was told it went out for delivery but must have been lost or mis-delivered. The post office told me to call the company to file a claim I couldn't because I am not the shipper. Of course they all pass the buck the company told me I should contact the post office because they lost it. Unbelievable! I have never dealt with such poor customer service. Any other real company would do the tracking and realize it is lost and file the claim from their side and resend the missing product. Terrible Company to buy from.

I was not given a Return Material Authorization Number for boot studs because Gemplers does not keep my credit card info (they emailed me). Hard to believe ....so I emailed my card number to them, again . Gempler emailed back that they needed my 3 digit security code. Im wary of giving it to them , so I'll probably just return the unused $24.00 boot studs without their precious Return Material Authorization Number ....and then I'll probably end up disputing the charge because Gemplers wont credit me.

I purchased their 'super expensive' tire sealer pump (over $200.00) and used maybe 5 times and it stopped working. Sent inquiry to them, their reply, " our of warranty and if it weren't we no longer carry this product" What a sorry sorry *** company. They will never get another dime from me. The least they could have done was provided information on the mgf. so I could contact them. Customer Service yeah right; just another example of today's market that the seller does not give a *** about the customer, just take the money and run and so did I to another supplier, besides I found their products are inferior compared to costs for other retailers, I hope your entire store goes flat

Ordered Thorogood boots and 2 coveralls with personalized lettering. What I received was Muck boots and one coverall without lettering. There was not one product that I ordered that was correct. Called for RMA and started the RMA process but was put on hold. After 8 minutes I hung up and called back and was told that it would take up to 72 hours before they would call back because they were "busy". I have over $200 invested in this transaction and it appears that I will lose it all on this one. OR I can wait and maybe they would call back. In that case, I would again loose out on another $54 shipping. Should I take the bait? I think 0 out of 3 tells all I need to know. They have a word for this type of "business"? Typically I would wait for the resolution but come on - 0 out of 3 and 72 hours.

6/12 - As of today nothing. Supervisor indicated she should resolve this after contacting the service department - last week.

I had finally received the RMA and sent it back but still no credit and surprise - another new charge on my debit card without my authorization.

Gemplers Customer Service BAD

After placing an order from their website I waited and waited for my product. After 1 month I call - long distance because their 800# does not work in Canada, I was told the item would ship by August 31 - this is after 10 mins because she could not even find my order. I called again a month later - long distance to be told - I can't find your order but I will call you back. I then get an email saying the item cannot ship to Canada - so they cancelled the order! After waiting over 2 months!!! Don't waste your time cause they certainly wasted mine.

I too had problems. I put in an order, they verified my address, but wound up sending the order to my previous residence.

After not receiving it, I called them after running it thru UPS tracking and told them what happened. I'm pretty sure the person living there just kept my order, which had already been charged to my credit card. Every day I called them and every time they said they would call back, and never once did. After 2 weeks of this, I finally got a hold of someone in management and refused to hand up until I got some action.

Then they re-shipped the order, re-charged my card, and I waited another 2 weeks before my card was credited. It finally got resolved and they had to eat the first order, but this kind of hassle I don't want again.
