I confirmed pictures for parts and sent pictures of bad part and still got wrong item and being 2 circuit boards they were sent together without something to separate from contact you cant have circuit boards touching

Trying to find out how to go about my warranty on a unit that i purchased through AMS.

Worse checked mail for correct parts needed and still wrong item don’t even know what they sent

Called possibly 6 times with no answer emailed no answer messaged thru other points of contact no answer are they open today is almost 1 pm they have no hours of operation displayed anywhere used all options in phone calls service sales no answer guess todays current situation is dont answer any points of contact
