RETURN EQUIPMENT

I purchased the Gemini Sound CDX-2250I ON 5/30/2024. I am having problems with unit skipping on NEW discs, not reading discs, shutting down for no reason.

I am not happy with the unit but have tried working with it.

Please advise. I have a 1 year warranty through you.

I purchased your speaker from one of the retail stores and I tried to return it or replace it. Ill get it repaired and they gave me the runaround and then they told me to call yall. Gemini Sound - Sent wrong parts

Email support gave all information to receive parts to repair and still got wrong parts and sent to wrong address. I confirmed pictures for parts and sent pictures of bad part and still got wrong item and being 2 circuit boards they were sent together without something to separate from contact you cant have circuit boards touching

Trying to find out how to go about my warranty on a unit that i purchased through AMS.

The Gemini cd media unit i purchased from AMS is not working well. As one side of the unit stopped working during an event that i was playing for.quit as the party was still going on.

If not for me knowing how to work around this it would have ruined the night. so what i'm trying to do here is find out what to do as far as the warranty issue.

Worse checked mail for correct parts needed and still wrong item don’t even know what they sent

Called possibly 6 times with no answer emailed no answer messaged thru other points of contact no answer are they open today is almost 1 pm they have no hours of operation displayed anywhere used all options in phone calls service sales no answer guess todays current situation is dont answer any points of contact
