Blower is not working

Sheer being contacted and yelled at by the owner of my AC company, Gemaire found a motor and paid for installation. The motor has a ten year warranty and was only 2.5 years old when it burned up.

Stay away from rheem products. I'm not expecting this new motor to last beyond 2.5 years either since it seems to be a *** piece but at least I don't have to replace it right now.

If I could give it zero stars or use a negative sign in the rating, I would. My furnace is less than 2 years old and the motor has already burned up!!!

To make matters worse, there are no parts to replace the motor and the company won't stand behind it's warranty. It's 105 today in my city and will be this hour all week. I have no AC because that motor is what blows the cool air through my ductwork!!!

Without the inside furnace, I have NO AC in Louisiana in August. This is unacceptable.

Gemaire Distributors at Deerfield Beach, FL has the worst customer service! Total waste of time.

First, the counter guys disrespect you, ignore you, and don't have a clue of what they are doing, with all respect to the ones taking care of their jobs. 90% of employees here are not interested in serving the customers, and they just mess around!

Second and most important, the warranties are a REAL NIGHTMARE! The excuse is that they don't have warranties at that time, or you are mistaken with someone else...TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND NERVES!
