Feeling scammed!

Gemaire Distributors at Deerfield Beach, FL has the worst customer service! Total waste of time. First, the counter guys disrespect you, ignore you, and don't have a clue of what they are doing, with all respect to the ones taking care of their jobs. 90% of employees here are not interested in serving the customers, and they just mess around! Second and most important, the warranties are a REAL NIGHTMARE! The excuse is that they don't have warranties at that time, or you are mistaken with someone else...TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND NERVES!
