Gem plumbing approved a financing application yesterday for a $6,000 ac unit. Today, when I called for an installation appointment, they tell me they are sorry but they made a mistake ...now it's 90 degrees out and we will have no ac or even a date to install one.

My husband has a heart condition and this is prolonging the time until a new ac will happen. So disappointed I expected more.
