- - They require $300k liability; rent varies; late payments lead to court filings.
They bought out this Apartment complex in Roanoke Va (Frontier Apartments) they charge extra for water, sewage, trash collection etc they demand rental insurance my policy is $100,000 liability not good enough they demand $300,000 so now they are adding another fee to the already price gouged rent. Rent is never the same every month due to the nickeling and dimeing us to death. If rent isn't paid by 2nd they start court filings
