Still not resolved, contact the company multiple times

I submitted an order based on a picture on the website which was misrepresenting itself. I got a rough draft of the design I had some questions, it took days to get responses, I decided not to proceed order was not processed or shipped.

Being refunded half of my money which is a total scam. Ive asked for a refund five times now. Im still communicating with these people. Hands-down the worst customer service ever.

Please refund me my money. Order number 69358.
