Geisel Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing

I called for a quote to get the garbage disposal installation.

I have never heard the bizarre quote the lady who answered the phone. She quoted me a price with my garbage disposal in the amount of $350.00. So I asked how much would it cost if you used your garbage disposal, and she said the same amount of $350.00.

Have you ever heard such a stupid quote , same charge with my disposal and theirs who is the owner of this joint, and how are staying in business???

Joints like these do not deserve my business, and very surprised that they are still in BUSINESS.

Very unfriendly and rude to talk too as well.

I called with an emergency situation and the tech who call me was so rude and unhelpful I was shocked. I honestly felt he didn't want to do the job so I found someone else. I would not recommend them and they might want to invest in professional training for their on call techs..especially since they are a service business.

The beginning of July of 2019 we had a new heating and cooling system out in our house. Geisel came out in the heat of summer and installed this system.

All of the guys that worked on my house worked hard and did a great job. They did everything they were suppose to do for to complete the job and more. I cant say enough on how the guys that did the work were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and made sure that everything was done right. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs heating and cooling work done.

Everyone that I dealt with was very nice, clean, respectable and honest. It was very nice to have a them follow up days after the job was done just to see how everything was working and if there were any issue with the system and the install.

Both things went great and the system they sold me works wonderful. I am extremely Have with the overall experience with Geisel from start to finish.

these people come off like they would never scam anyone but Geisel heating and air conditioning are liars. I guess the first rule of thumb is watch for people who protest too much to win you over. After the small talk I went ahead and agreed to have the furnace checked since we're so close to winter and really since I've been in this house(3 years) I haven't had it serviced. I scheduled the appt and the Geisel tech guy came and I didnt know what he was talking about since I know nothing about those systems. He didn't really explain it. thermostats and total maintenance and preventive plans - they can sure talk it up. I initially said I would get back to him but he started saying the heat could go out anytime and how homeowners have to wait in line to get it fixed and blah, blah. So I paid for it all.

Anyway, I go to a friends baby christening and her cousin was visiting - husband is an hvac tech for a building and I said I just had my service done. He says I got ripped off and pretty much doubled up on services. My sister looks online and see that they had an old BBB complaint but its only one.

I called but can I really prove now that I didnt need that service? it my word against their.
