Real Bad... won't comment until after the matter has closed.
Nine months of false statements, delays, aggravation, attempts not to honorably compensate claim, violation of Florida Bad Faith Laws, complete runaround, poor quality adjusters, don't care, don't act and will waste a considerable amount of your time. Long hold times, awful phone systems and poor knowledge of the boating industry.
Stay away. Case was filed 9 months ago, check showed for 15% of claim value minus hundreds of hours of hassles, 9 months of lost work time waiting.
Yards here don't want to get int the middle of a Geico Marine claim. Geico's reputation precedes.
