Very rude

If the had manager apologized and acknowledged the disgusting rudeness of his staff, I wouldn't be writing this, as angry as I was. But apparently, he doesn't mind staff making multiple harassing calls just to berate a customer for not saying goodbye, (or just getting disconnected) or leave rude voicemails, swear at the caller and call them names. He even lied and said it was my fault as I was "very rude" even though I doubt he heard the call and if he did I would love for him to tell me what I said that was so rude, I have no idea!

OnSite Computers Extreme Geeks On The Go 6-3308 Lake Shore Blvd W | Etobicoke, ON, M8V 1M4. I called to ask if they have evening service, even though I had to repeat myself repeatedly, I was NOT rude, and he said they can't come unless I'm a subscriber, so I hung up, the guy called me back twice and left a rude message "hey *** you don't just hang up when you don't get you're own way, you say goodby first" the rudeness was appalling.

I have been in customer service for over 35 years, had many customer service jobs and no job I had would allow this, I would be fired if I spoke to a customer that way! In a brief online chat, the manager refused to address this and said I was "very rude" I would love for him to tell me what I said that was "very rude". Even if I was rude, and I was NOT, people have their whole lives on their computers and need them to earn a living. A computer crashing can be devastating and people may be upset.

I was crying when I called, if they can't handle that they shouldn't be running a business. There is no way speaking to a customer like this because she hung up without saying goodbye is justified. He called twice, so leaving me a VM calling me a *** wasn't enough, he called me again and when I answered he started yelling at me for hanging up. All because I didn't say goodbye, he didn't even know if the call was simply disconnected, or if I hung up because the call was breaking up, which it was.

It doesn't matter anyway. There is NO justification for treating a customer like this. It actually says they treat customers with "compassion". this is what they call compassion?

I felt spit on!

And for the manager to not even acknowledge it or apologize and pretend it's my fault makes it even worse! If this is how they treat people they shouldn't be in business!
