On my firts way with the new scooter (on a good quality bike road) the scooter first wheel has got punctur, and the break bowden has broken. I can sand a photo about it. Fotunatelly I havent sufferd injuri, and the scooter not damaged (except the the punctur and break bowden). What can I do now? Thank you!

My laptop tablet keeps on resetting itself and erasing all loaded programs.

I have used it minimally as without warning it keeps resetting itself when turned on, erasing all loaded programs! I am not able to intervene or prevent it when the screen opens to blue and starts that nefast process saying that is reprogramming, it will erase everything and it will take 15 minutes.

Somebody that knows computers told me that it may be related to a faulty SDcard.

I would need the laptop to be replaced or fixed somehow. It is impossible to use it like this.

Very disappointed.

We bought a PC in September. We did not get it until October something. 2 weeks of owning this, it started having problems. The screen would only display 1/2 the screen. We emailed the company to find out about our guarantee. Only to have the company not respond correctly. When they did, they wanted pics of the UPC. And the computer. We did that, sent it to them. Then again, no response. So I had decided to call the company only to be told they would email me and hung up the phone on me! This is a scam company ! I will never buy anything from this company again! I ha e this computer I can not use because they will not contact me in any way! So I can return it and get it fixed, or get a new 1!

Amusing to customers

I bought a robot vacuum cleaner in August 2020. Unfortunately, It starts dripping water, therefore, I wanted to return it or send it to the service.

I created 3 times tickets for the same problem, but they have been keeping me on hold for more than a month to give me an address for sending it back. They offer me a small amount of money for repair from outside, but I refused and wanted to send it to technical service. Then they start to keeping me on hold by not replying or asking more and more days to get back to me. When I called or send them mail, the response is their warehouse is moving, that's the reason they don't have an address.

They are just keeping amusing me until the end of the 1-year warranty, which was about 2 months.

I clearly want to make a summary. I ordered the product on the 21of August 2020. So it's almost a year ago. Yes, time is still under warranty but considering shipment and repair time, it will be exceeded.

My first complaint of the same problem and creating a ticket was on the 6thof January 2021.

Then Geekbuying.com offered me 50euro for compensation, I didn't accept that time, wanted to see it if it continues, or I can live with it

then I decided it's not easy to handle this problem, therefore, I wanted to return the product on the 7th of July (prior to almost 2 months end of warranty time.)

Since the 7th of July, I am trying to send the item for repair.

On the 13th of July, Geekbuying.com offered me a solution as to repair in Poland warehouse. I accepted.

On the 15th of July, Geekbuying.com told me that they will ask for the address of the warehouse, and hold me in a few more days.

On the 234th of July, Geekbuying.com asked for a few more days to get the address.

I have sent a few reminders and created other tickets and mailed Geekbuying.com but no response.

On the 2nd of August, I called customer service and talked with the name, Ms. Ella, she told me that in 1 hour she gives me the address but nothing.

and yesterday, 2nd of August Geekbuying.com asked 5-10 working days more to get the warehouse address.

This is NOT acceptable. This is obviously a waste of time and abusing customers.

Geekbuying.com as a supplier has to know your return address, I cannot be the only one who wants to return the product for service. This is clearly keeping me on hold to avoid giving service until the end of the warranty year.

Today: (27-09-2021)

geekbuying.com is the worst service I have ever seen. They asked me to send the item for repair service. After so long I asked them to send my product back because they exceed the repair time, of course I couldn't get the response in first mail.

I don't know how many times I sent emails. Eventually, I received a mail that says they have just found my product, and they will start repair.

I believe it's not going to solve my problem. I strongly suggest you consumers that, do not use geekbuying.com

update: 18-10-2021 they shipped the product back to me but the address they sent is that where I ordered material from, 1 year ago. so I am not able to reach the address now and there is no response from customer service regarding this. They lost my product and do not take responsibility.

Lied about refunding money

I purchased a drone from these crooks in June 2020. It would not fly. They approved a return, so I spent $69 and sent it back which they did receive. They approved a refund so the dispute I filed with them was closed. In December, I still had not received a refund. They said they had refunded it and sent a payment sheet showing a refund in August. My bank suggested I send my statements showing no refund which I did. It is now 2021. They answer my emails asking where my refund is after a week but seem surprised that I have not received it yet. They probably have sent the drone to another customer already. Poor guy!

In 10.2020 I bought the product PETBIZ (pet tracker) from GEEKBUYING - China Company, but it arrived and did not work due to problems with passwords because the product did not bind with correspondent APP. I complained to Geekbuying (open some tickets in the site) and there was no response. They just don't respond! they completely ignored. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible and misleading! The purchase order in the GEEKBUYING is 534****.
