17 days ago i have gave an order for the mobile phone but they havent still send out the phone that i have orderd for i am writing everyday a message to use but they are always messing around with me when i talked to them last 3 days ago they told me that they were going to send it from the store the message that they have send me is still saved but now they said we will send you another phone on this month on the 11th they had a promotion going on in china i have choose this store now i am so dissapointed now because if i get my money back i am not satisfied because the 11th i got a discount that i wont be getting it from the same price. i am so dissapointed because they they have in stock but they are lianing how long am i still going to wait this was a birthday present but because they havent sent it on time its not going to be here on time. if i am going to get my money back i am not going to be happy because they have wasted my time and on the 11th of this month they got it out of my hands i am so angry.

Geekbuying in Rosmalen, Noord-Brabant - No after sale support

The greatest problem with Geekbuying is that they refuse to tackle problems after sales. I you receive a defective device, do not hope their after sales support will come in to action. They do not respond to email messages, their after sales phone is not answered. They keep lingering until customers gives up. I bought a Xiaomi mi4 phone for over 300 euro's. At home it appears wifi is not working. After several email messages they admit there is a problem. Their explanation and excuses: "The manufacturer still did not release proper firmware". "Sorry for the late reply, we get over 2000 email messages each day". "My colleague is in hospital for a week". etc. .. etc.. I even do not dare to send the device in for repair, they most likely will say they never received it.

Only a reseller can send a broken device for repair to a Xiaomi service center. I fixed it myself with the help of a nice guy from Poland.

It was an owner of a service center and guided me how to solve the issue. Great guy, and no more Geekbuying stuff for me.

Geekbuying in West Palm Beach, Florida - Bought Cell Phone but it did not work

I bought the LX-1 cell phone from them. It took 1 month to arrive. It takes 2 weeks for each complaint to be answered and their English is very poor. Sometimes their answers are so far from my question that I wonder if they even understood my question. My phone does not work. The charging port sometimes makes contact and sometimes does not. The battery does not hold a charge. My phone came all scratched up and the inside parts are falling out. No manual came with the phone and when they finally sent a manual, it was not for my phone. Yes I know that my phone was inexpensive but it should at least be usable.
