I brought my laptop in for repairs; I suspected the motherboard was the problem. It is now a month later and they still do not have an estimated date of completion. They told me that my lap top was a software issue and tried to sell me their plan, sent it to toshiba, they said its a hardware problem and they're fixing it free - Geeks are more worried about up charging you than finding the solution

Prior to taking it in, I had it sent to Apple to have it cleaned when overseas working... I take it in telling them the trackpad is sticking and the speaker is distorted. I came to the store to fix my laptop. Just a couple of buttons have fallen off, so i thought it was not going to be such a problem. They recommend they send it to the service center to be repaired.
