No response back from Gecko Customs about my order. Each "contact us" email creates a ticket & states someone will get back to you w/in 24-48 hrs.
I have created 4 tickets & no response back to any of them, asking about my order! At time of placing order in May, the estimated shipping calculator stated aporox delivery time, it calculated order placed time, order prepared & order shipping time frame. The tracking # they provided isn't updated at all & only shows it in a different country, not in the USA as of yet. I want a refund & will purchase elsewhere...I needed this for a gift.
