He workes hard to solve my problem with a work around when your computers were down
Yesterday I tried to place this order for Pearl Izumi AmFIB Lobster Glove but it did not go through for some reason . today I placed an order # 687***-* size small.
My confirmation order says MENS.
I did not choose mens; I need womens' small. If this is not available please cancel my order.

I contacted them and they got back to me right away and canceled one of the orders. My friends have ordered from them and have confirmed that this is a good company to do business with. I got an additional first time users discount on my already discounted item and I'm very pleased.
Flashlight seems to be missing a part inside the flashlight housing.
The inside of the battery and clicker chamber (with working batteries inside) seems to be missing something. When I shake the flashlight it rattles.
I called but no person answered my call (at 4:45p CT on 2/1/24). I left a msg, as requested, so no resolution yet.
User's recommendation: I'll wait to make a recommendation when (and if) my issue is resolved. Thsnks
Banned from website for no apparent reason
I had no issues until I received my gear. Tried going back on the website for a purchase & was banned

Canceling order
I want to cancel my order. Because I accidentally ordered the wrong items.
But GearTrade hasnt responded back.
And I immediately send them an e-mail about but still nothing from them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
They. came through the client whom they sold the goggles from wasn't honest about the product they sold.
Not even the correct item in the correct box ,shame on them .
They weren't going to satisfy the consumer. Whatsoever ,juat gave excuses
GearTrade stepped up and covered my needs.
Too bad some of the people out there are dishonest, and misleading ,I recommend GearTrade discontinue doing business with that individual and would recommend GearTrade as a stand up ,take care of their patrons requests

Charged my card 3 times.
The website is very underdeveloped. You charged my card 3 times. You have phone no customer service.

Checking out is screwy seriously thought it was a scam
Screwy signing up. Couldn't use 15% off because it wouldn't let me sign up till after checkout.
Then at checking out it wouldn't let me choose option for shipping though it was asking me to choose an option it just kept spinning.
Then by the time it was all said and done it ended up charging three times. And it does not save your basket for any significant time

I got an email from them saying they sold one of my items they have in consignment. But then send me an email that the product hasnt shipped.
How the *** can I control that when they have the items.
Very frustrating for them to ask you to send them things and let them sell them, but then blame you for not having it shipped on time, when the product is in their warehouse.
So if anyone is at fault all they have to do is look at themselves. And if I lose out of the sale I am the only one who is outed on the money.
This company gets a million rotten apples for how seriously *** up their system is.

I had an issue with duplicate accounts that was preventing tracking of an order. They resolved it quickly to my satisfaction. Absolutely awesome.

I sent in my gear to be sold. They said they couldnt sell it would I like to have it returned or donated.
I asked and paid to have it shipped back to me. Waited seven days still nothing.
Then finally got a notice they didnt get it mailed in time so the order was canceled. But nothing else said.
So they still need to send me my product as it is mine and I paid for the return.
But no mention of what they are doing next .
Absolutely frustrating for the lack of communication, and still called them reasonably early in the day but no one is in the office to speak with.
