Purchased 2 GCI Outdoors Pico chairs from Amazon in 2024. After several months, the chairs fell apart.
The chairs have a lifetime warranty, so I contacted GCI Outdoors and went through the process of the warranty. I sent pictures of my invoice and damaged parts. They accepted my claim and offered me a low seat-to-the-ground rocking chair.
They told me they haven't made the Pico chair for 4 years. They also wanted me to destroy both chairs and send them pictures before I get the Chinese junk rocking chairs.

I'm looking to replace my shocks on my rocker. Is there somewhere to purchase them? Can you get them online?
You have the wrong shipping address
I can't find out where my chair is being sent. There was no way to add a shipping address when I ordered it.
I payed with PayPal which has my correct address, but yet my initial confirmation of my order said it was being sent to an old address. I'm not even sure why you have that address. I have called many times and just get the message to call back later. I initiated these concerns immediately after the confirmation within minutes of when I made the order, and have only met with frustration.
I really want this chair but don't know how to go about getting one. Sue Overman

Verified ReviewerCustomer service is constantly busy. We have a chair that the Back ripped out that we’ve had for a little over a year. The other chair that we bought at the same time is fine.
The company could request a heavier, material and more reinforcing on the corners as this is the problem with almost all chairs that you buy

Never received 2 orders. Two separate orders the first one for $55.88 And $80.72 this was done September 20.
The money came out of my Wells Fargo account and I have been emailing and emailing and emailing I would get a response that there was a glitch in their system and that my items were shipped on the 18th and they would arrive here within five days, it is now December 5 and I still have no chairs.
I never received a confirmation number email or text that they were being delivered and by whom I contacted them to find out who they would be delivered by and I never got a response. this company is just giving you the runaround for the past three months I ordered these in plenty of time for Christmas and Im so frustrated I guess they just think it will give up

I had two separate orders, taken from my bank account debit card and never received the chairs. I looked up customer service and sent multiple emails and still have not received my chairs.
I was told that there was a problem or a glitch in their computer system and that they would send them out and this was 2 1/2 weeks ago already and I still have not received anything These were purchased September 20 for $80.72 and 55.88.
This has been the most frustrating thing I’ve ever ordered online and never been able to get resolved. I feel so totally taken advantage

Chairs are falling apart..
piping rotted away, trim material has turned into a powder.Now, will the seat split and cause injury. Faulty outdoor furniture fabric
Less than one year ago we replaced two CGI Outdoor Freestyle Rockers that we had for five years thinking the brand maintained its quality. Within two months the fabric faded and started to disintegrate.
First chair fabric was in tatters and broke apart within ten months of purchase. Second chair followed today with less than one year after purchase. The reason we are not seeking warranty repairs is that replacement will be of the same bad quality fabric.
Our solution for using CGI Outdoor products is a $20 Walmart chair. It does not rock, however it will far last these $80 chairs.
