Wrong number
I have had a lot of calls from this company on my cell phone. I am not the person they are trying to contact.
I called them from my land line to let them know that they are calling the wrong number. They said they won't call anymore would not promise that another company may call my number. I am not in debt and owe no one money. I thought it was illegal to call cell phones numbers re: collections.
Oh well, I guess they don't care if it is illegal or not. If I get any more calls, I guess I will have no choice but to report to FCC.

GC Services student loan program is a SCAM!
we filed a complaint with the BBB: GC services contacted me a few months ago because I was in default with one of my student loans. I enrolled in the program paying $390 a month for a total of 9 payments and the promise that I was going to be out of default at the end of the program and the benefits would be amazing after I was done with the 9 payments.
Now that I am almost done with the payments I am receiving calls from people harassing me and my wife saying that I am sending payments "voluntarily" and I need to be on a program to be out of default. They denied the fact that I was enrolled on the program and they say that they see no notes or anything to confirm that I am on a program with them and the fact that I spoke with representatives who helped me to enroll. I am not on the program but they are cashing the checks that we are sending them every single month!? They told my wife today that I can be enrolled starting now for a total of 9 to 12 payments starting on August 1st or I would be at risk of garnishment.
So they want us to make all the payments again?! We were really relying on the fact that we were almost done with the payments. We cannot afford starting the program from zero unless they send us the money that we paid. My wife keeps asking to talk with the manager named Greg who enrolled me in the program and he never returns her calls.
He is the one who helped us to be on the program that does not seem to exist. SCAM!!

Website for ticket payment
It's bad enough to have to pay a ticket but when a company like GC services makes you jump through hoops to do it, it adds insult to injury.
I have been trying to pay my ticket on line for months and after going through the trouble to input all my information just to get and unsuccessful notification at the end is definitely beyond frustrating. Their representative will tell you to try at a different time but I believe they know that it just doesn't work but are instructed not to admit it. I have tried different browsers and many many different times even early am hours to no avail. There's really only two options to make a payment if you want to have a record of the payment, going for a ride every month to the crowded court house to wait in several long lines just to pay or to wait on hold for and hour or more, the last time it was almost two hours just to make a payment.
I believe in the interest of the people, not only ticket payers but tax payers who pay the salaries of our court system, that the Compton Court House should drop GC services or at the very least make them provide an actual working convenient way for the people who are making an honest effort, to pay there civil responsibilities
Sincerely and regrettably

Early morning phone call (8:00 am)
One of many ex-employees of GC Services.
I worked there for about three months in 2012 in Knoxville, TN. I was desperate to get out of my mother's house and find an apartment, so I took the first job that came up. Both of my roommates also worked there, in different departments. I quit because of the unethical business practices. One of my roommates was fired for... Some reason. I'm not sure what, but it was inconsequential.
It was advertised as "customer service", but in reality was a debt collection agency. Minimum wage, with "incentives" that could theoretically boost you to $10.25/hr, but were nigh impossible to get (in my department, I only knew of six people who managed to hit those incentives regularly, all of whom were the managers' favorite employees).
Every other week, in my department alone, there was a training group packed with 10-20 people, and the call floors were almost always full.
Don't work at GC Services. Ever. Take the time to find a job at McDonalds.
The only positive to working at GC Services is that it's basically a free slot on your resume regardless of whether you get fired or quit, because I'm pretty sure that wherever a GC Services branch exists, they've hired and fired almost a third of everyone you'll meet at least once.
As for the services they provide: The department you have to deal with determines the quality of service you receive, but all of them are packed with employees trained not to make your life easier, but rather, to collect payments at any cost. Capital One Auto Finance, for instance, refuses to make any reference of the word "repossession", but they actively leave out information that a customer may need to get out of debt successfully. The other auto loans divisions were much more heavy-handed, and I distinctly remember seeing, one day while I was leaving work, one employee threatening customers and suggesting that they sell a kidney or work in prostitution for extra money.

Scam
They continue to call & will not give any information as to why unless I gove them personal information which I refuse to do. I have nothing outstanding- have received nothing in the mail & have been out of college over 20 years so it can not be anything regarding a student loan!
Complete scam & ***. I will report them to the BBB if they do not cease

Reread what you wrote. You need punctuation in the worst way!
Between that and grammar, it is hard to understand what you are saying and what you are asking for help with.
Sounds like you lost your license after a speeding ticket...or didn't have a license in the first place, and now can't get one. GC Services does have the amnesty program, but it is for when you have an unpaid traffic fines preventing you from getting a license.

Whoever you did talk to might not have known about the program at all. From what I saw, the company has many different phone numbers.
