Scam - no same day payouts

I am now on day 5 without a payout.
I will edit this review if I do ever get paid, but this company needs to stop lying and scamming people into believing they will get quick payouts. Times are tough, and they are taking advantage of people!

SCAMMERS!!!! BEWARE!!!!
- - Customer service is poor; two Home Depot gift cards ($200 and $300) were wiped and $500 taken, with no refund after four days.
If I could give it zero stars I would! Horrible customer service and they stole two Home Depot gift cards that they wiped clean.
One card was for $200 and the other card was for $300, and they took both balances within an hour of me submitting it on their website. Their chat is useless. It has been four days, and I have gotten nowhere. The online tracking system is still at the first stage and has not moved.
I was promised I would get my refund today, and I have not. They took $500 and gave me nothing! If my two gift cards are not processed and deposited in my cash app today, I promise you I am going to lower your rating as I am going to repeatedly post negative reviews wherever I can find online.

I talked to an animated recording systemed via live chat online who assured me a live agent was coming into the chat right then and never did it's been about twenty days I've emailed the jason character who was supposed to talk to me. He auto replied to my first msg and never contacted me again after that. Their phone number doesn't work.
Gcprimo.com advertises buying cards online for a percentage of its worth 93% of its worth to be exact I had $110 on a foot locker gift card which the balance was taken off and the website customer service refusing to talk to me any further I don't know where to go from here I have all the screenshots of messages between them and I and the foot locker customer service lady but still it doesn't get me back my $93.50

To not ever trust them again because they stole my money and refuse to let me talk with an actual representative or have anyone contact me back about the issue. If I could give this company a negative star rating I would.
They shouldn't even be allow to operate a website if all they are going to do is scam people out of their money. Unsure as to what else I can do at this moment in time to resolve the issue.
Any advice would help really. Thanks.
I've spoken to an AI customer service robot whose promised to help me several times. It's been over four days and my gift card company emailed to confirm the balance had been used already. So they stole my gift card and still haven't paid or spoken to me.
