GBank's Credit Card Hassles

I endured two months of hassles about my receiving GBank's credit card. There was finally a happy ending UNTIL, after many uses, GBank declined my purchases at two different locations on the same day.

I did not receive purchase confirmation texts or emails as to why. I'd already received the sign up bonus and cash back due me; so, to solve yet another problem with them, I paid them in full, as I'd always done, and quit using the card. I didn't bother contacting them since I'm through with them. They aren't worth my time.

Now I'm back to relying on Citi Double Cash. As a side note, unlike other banks, GBank refused to change my payment due date. My pay arrives on the 3rd of each month.

GBank set my due date for the 5th. I temporarily rearranged my budget for paying in full - for the last time.

User's recommendation: Any incentive offered by this bank - not worth it

“I didn’t bother contacting them... They aren’t worth my time”.

Yet here you are.

Contacting them through a third party site which will accomplish nothing. Wasting time.

You are approved for a credit line and then after that depending on your verification of identity if you have any problems customer service does absolutely nothing they refer you to another department and say they'll get back to you and they never do at least one dozen phone calls later and months of wasted time and I dent in my credit report I still can't get my identity verified when there are many ways that you could do that and I would be willing to do it but do the glitch in the system I cannot do it online but there are other ways to do it but they never get back to me to resolve the issue
