I endured two months of hassles about my receiving GBank's credit card. There was finally a happy ending UNTIL, after many uses, GBank declined my purchases at two different locations on the same day.
I did not receive purchase confirmation texts or emails as to why. I'd already received the sign up bonus and cash back due me; so, to solve yet another problem with them, I paid them in full, as I'd always done, and quit using the card. I didn't bother contacting them since I'm through with them. They aren't worth my time.
Now I'm back to relying on Citi Double Cash. As a side note, unlike other banks, GBank refused to change my payment due date. My pay arrives on the 3rd of each month.
GBank set my due date for the 5th. I temporarily rearranged my budget for paying in full - for the last time.
