No paper deliver
Paper has not been delivered for 3 weeks. I have called 2 times and was assured both times that the problem would be taken care of.
Customer Service was pleasant and sounded appalled that this was happening. The young man who sold me the subscription was professional and pleasant, but it has gone downhill from there. I don't understand how I have called 2 times and still don't have a paper.
I think when I hung up that my work order was thrown in the trash and the people went back to playing games on their phones. I am totally lost!!
