I never had a problem with Gazelle before. I deposited the check from Gazelle ($80.00) and a week later my bank send me a notice of insufficient funds and a bank charge of $12.00 for the returned check. So It actually cost me $12 to give my phone away. I have yet to hear from Gazelle. This is kind-of a crime. If Gazelle had issues with their banking systems you would think they would contact me. so now I have to email them and hope they honor...

When Gazelle received the phone, they emailed me that it was in 'very good' condition and that I would only be paid $165. They also promised a $30 credit to be used on their website. However, the credit was buried in an email with a disclaimer stating that the credit expires after 7 days, which was before I even received the credit for the phone. So basically, they require that you commit prior to knowing how much they'll pay you for the phone...

Gazelle told me my phone was locked and offered me almost half. But I bought from apple for full price no payment plan unlocked and then they had the nerve to say it was worn. I kept it in plastic and protected the screen . iPhone 6 plus had for 4 months upgraded to a 7plus without using there BS site. Sold to another buying company for over 280.00 3 times what Gazelle offered and had the check in 4 days. Gazelle is ripping everyone off and...

Gazelle deducted $40+ from the agreed upon price. Second phone had cracks and we sent it in "as is" and they said we would get $80. They have logged the receipt of the phone but have not sent an offer. Three emails to their customer service have gone unanswered or some lame excuse they are getting the offer ready. They are waiting out until the offer expires on 12.31.16 so they don't have to do anything. Don't send your phones in to them. I am...

I got an email saying that my phone (iPhone 5s) wouldn't turn on so instead of paying me $100 they offered my $20.I declined because I knew it was working when I sent it to them. They responded that I would get delivery instructions in a few days. About 15 days later I get another email that says they never received a reply (my declination) and if they didn't hear from me in 2 days they were going to send me $20. I contacted them and got it...

This site gives you a high price to lure you into sending your phone to them.It takes forever for their box to arrive. Then it takes forever for them to "assess" your phone, and then they pay you 40% LESS than the original price they quoted!!! They "find" problems or scratches that were never there!!! I had my phone for only one year and ALWAYS had the most expensive OTTER case on it. ALWAYS!!! And the most expensive glass protector!!! Always!!!...

On September 18 I mailed an iPhone 6S silver AT&T to Gazelle for $282 reimbursement. This phone was erased by the head of IT at my company. iTunes sent me a verification that this phone had been removed from Find My Phone. On September 25 , Gazelle sent me an email saying that the phone was locked by an Apple ID. Again, I had the head of IT check my Apple ID and it was not being used for this phone. I asked Gazelle to return my phone so...

Contacted apple and we tracked down this was my iPhone but had been reactivated by Gazelle on a date when...
