Very unhappy with the snow ball ice event paid 15 per person (4) ; they said they were having trouble with their ice gave us barely a half bucket when we asked for more they said no what a total RIP off!

No one in the hotel answers the phone and I'm in my room
The service is awful. They're understaffed.
You cannot get someone to answer the phone. And this is actually ridiculous.
It said call a customer service line and all you get is a survey come on. This is a bit ridiculous.

The hotel is beautiful HOWEVER this hotel holds large corp conferences all the time. Its also an atrium therefore if you came to relax, enjoy your vacation and sleep.
This is NOT the hotel for you. Every night of our stay, there was some type of conference being held in the main atrium. It was so incredibly loud we couldnt sleep. Large groups till 3am downstairs echoed through the hotel.
So loud our TV was unable to drown the noise. We were 6 stories up and still, the noise was unbearable. For $400 a night, no thank you. I will NEVER stay here again.
Management couldn't control the large crowds and noise. We called the front desk to complain three separate times. When they sent security to calm the crowd, they got louder and started chanting one night. The second night, security was sent and the two guards sat talking outside the party and never walked in.
I normally wouldnt mind but when its midnight to 3am, its a courtesy and respect of your guests. Nothing was ever done and we went home more exhausted than when we came.
I cant wait to get home so we can actually sleep!!!
Absolutely ridiculous!!! We will not be back, not worth the money!

We called for bellhop at 6:30 am on Saturday am. They told us 15 min. They arrived an hr later.
Also no microwave in room.

Items left in room
1st we had money to go missing from 2 different nightstands and then we left 2 items in room..
One was a >$100 hair straitener. I told them exactly where I left it.
And 2, was a bag of prescription medicines.
Well OF COURSE they could not locate them.
All I received, after Numerous attempts to speak to someone, was an email stating they could not locate items.
No phone call or I'm Sorry or
Any apologies.
*** poor customer service.

Money was stolen from our room AND
1 a >$100 straitener was left in room and I told them Exactly where it was located.
2 a bag with prescription meds was left in the covers of the bed.
OF COURSE they could not locate.
I spent >2 hrs emailing and calling and all I got was an email saying the items could not be located.

I have not heard from ANYONE regarding our items we left.
It should not be so hard to talk to Hotel personnel.
Customer service stinks.

Canceled Reservation without Notice
We booked a reservation for Sunday Brunch at their Riverwalk Cantina. We received notice via email Sunday morning, the morning of our reservation, that they had decided to cancel Sunday brunch.
The reservation was booked Saturday morning, so they obviously did not decide to cancel until the last minute, leaving us, and I'm sure others, without an opportunity to make other plans.
This was Memorial day weekend and we had family in town, not that this matters to the resort management, but this was seriously the most shocking think I have ever endured from a reportedly "world renowned" property. Shame on the management staff.
