Boarded a Gautrain from Centurion to Marlboro at 6pm last night with groceries, when I got off rushing to take my ride and realised that I forgot the groceries in the train. I tried calling them but there was no response. So this morning around 7am I went to Marlboro Gautrain station, the gentlemen that assisted me was very helpful. Tracked the parcels to Park Station. I immediately went there and when I got there, only got 1 plastic as I was told that they threw away the perishables. Are snacks also perishables? Apparently they threw those away as well. Everything I bought was logged in their book but I only got 2 colddrinks and sanitary pads, apparently everything else was thrown away. I'm so disappointed in their customer service
