Awful Treatment

I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years now and have always had a good experience except for my recent visit. I am so disappointed in the treatment I received by one of the services guys, Mr. Acosta, that I have felt compelled to leave a review as I have yet to hear back from the service manager. It is always nerve-racking walking into a dealership for service as a female in fear of being taken advantage of- in which this was the case. I had some service done in 2021 on a recall and when I went to pick up my car- the antenna was broken by the car wash here. The service guys were all super great, apologized and fixed it promptly. Ever since my antenna didnt seem to be bolted on tightly and would slightly knock once in a while especially on a windy day. Well, last week it finally came off and rolled down the back of my car. I made an appointment right away and brought it back here. Mr. Acosta approached my car as I told him this previous issue and acknowledged that I would need to pay for a new one as time had passed. He opened my hood right way and told me my coolant was low and that there must be a leak. I was a little thrown off as to why that needed to be assessed but assured him I had no leaks. I left my car and took an Uber to work. I got a call about an hour later from Mr. Acosta saying it was going to be about $1100 to replace my antenna, match the paint to my car (its black) and much more work was to be done. I told them to go ahead and fix it then hung up. I called him back about 10 minutes later and told him that I needed to wait, that I just didnt have that kind of money right now especially as a single mother. I immediately got a ride back to the dealership and approached the desk where I was treated rudely and told to go sit and wait for them to bring my car around. I knew the frustration from Mr. Acosta was going to cause me to wait for my car at this point. I patiently waited for 46 minutes then went back to his desk where I begged to get my car as I had to get back to work. He said he didnt know what to tell me that the services guys didnt message him back. I asked if he would kindly check for me as I really needed to get back to work. After 27 minutes he comes back and stated that the service guy was at lunch, no one must have got the message and the other service guys started working on another car and didnt know they needed to bring my car. I asked if he could just get someone to bring me my car as my business partner was now yelling at me on the phone in front of him to get back even if I had to leave car. As he walked away again, I went in and got the service managers email from Jose (who has always been so helpful in the past). Even Jose knew something was wrong as I was almost in tears when he gave me the service managers email Mr. Soto. I finally got my car and left. The next day I went to get some more estimates just to see if I can get this fixed. The place I chose actually ordered the antenna from Gaudin Ford and fixed it all for $550. No paint was ever needed so I dont know what Mr. Acosta meant when he said my car and the part needed to be painted as well. I will never visit here again as I feel completely taken advantage of and embarrassed. My request for a call with Mr. Soto has still went unanswered. Really disappointed.

Gaudin Ford - Service Review
This is going to be long, so apologies in advance. I'm keeping emotion out of it as much as possible and laying down facts Last Tuesday - Gaudin picked up my Mustang for service from my house. Informed me they're busy so might be a few days. Tuesday evening, Wednesday and Thursday morning - I get a call advising me that my "appraisal" is ready. I assume it's sales so ignore. By Thursday I find it really odd I haven't heard from them, so I returned the call and yes, this sales person tells me my appraisal for trade in is ready. I tell him I never asked for an appraisal and it's alarming I haven't heard one peep about my car. Thursday afternoon - Someone calls me to inform me my repair is complete, they submitted it for funding and should be ready by Friday. Excuse me? What's your name? What was the problem? And why do I owe $250? This was the first I heard from them. Friday - no call Saturday - no call Monday - no call. Tuesday - I call in and get trapped repeatedly in their IVR phone system. I finally get someone who tells me they're awaiting funding. I question why I'm having to chase this down. She passes me to Ryan, who called previous Thursday, who tells me he will call and follow-up with them and gives me their number and claim number. Wednesday - no call Thursday - get told awaiting funding. Again I question why I have to chase this down. I decide to drive down there and speak to Mike, the manager. I tell him the story as well as let him know they did a repair without my authorization. Fri - get a text from Mike advising he's having someone contact them. I decide to call the warranty company. I speak to someone in claims who tells me THEY DON'T HAVE AN Invoice. I asked if Gaudin ever called... He said no one has per notes, transfers me to Account Payable who confirms the same and confirms again, no one has called. I text Mike back that I'm coming down. That NO ONE has done what they said they will and my car has been sitting, complete, for a week now and invoice never received. I speak with him, admittedly he just caught me the previous night so I'm not mad at him personally, but the situation is infuriating. RYAN decided to join in and say that I said to call the warranty company for authorization, sometimes "it takes time". I tell Ryan he needs to exit the conversation, he didn't do ANYTHING he claimed he would and him and I are done, I'm dealing with Mike. I tell Mike they already got pre-authorization, let me pay the deductible and we're done. He's not authorized for that, I have to speak to the Director of Service. After 20 mins of more IVR time, I go down there personally. I speak with Lisa who really was indifferent in my opinion. She tells me that they DON'T know they're gonna get paid and they won't release the car until they do and sometimes the companies mail it, so it might even be weeks. I tell her that none of her employees have followed up, it's been me the entire time, and then she calls the extended warranty company with me there and advises they were closed for the day. I took this as challenging the fact that I called and show my phone log. Again, I don't know her, but it came off as really indifferent. Mike at least listened and displayed genuine empathy. I had a Bronco on pre-order, I cancelled that and got my money back this morning. Wife wanted to upgrade to an Explorer, we'll go to Ford Country or Friendly Ford for that. They lost $75k+ because of this, which I doubt they care about, and at this point I just want my vehicle back. I'm checking now to see what legal options I have. I will NEVER return to this dealership except to pick up my car and I will be posting this everywhere to alert others OH, I should add, few months ago my other 2017 Mustang convertible stopped working. I took it to them to diagnose and the motor was crazy in price and labor, so I found a genuine OEM Ford motor for hundreds less on ebay. The seller? Gaudin Ford...

I’m trying to get some problem’s solved about a new car purchase I made in Jan 2016. I’ve talked to everyone I thought would give me some help but to no avail. First of all my credit has been seriously damaged because of all the credit hit’s your finance department made during the purchase when they were told I wanted it financed through Ford, The VIN # doesn’t match the car I bought, the last four digit’s of my ssn, phone #, and address was given out without my permission, I wasn’t given the window sticker for the car. I got a letter from Ford saying I didn’t sigh an odometer certification ( did they sign one for me). I’m 73 years old and have bought a lot of cars and I was responsible for Gaudin Ford to sell 3 car’s in two week’s. I have proof of every accusation I’m making.

Pass on Gaudin Ford

I tried Gaudin Ford Service and I compared them to Ford Country Service in Las Vegas . I will choose Ford Country Service for my future repairs and pass on using Gaudin Ford. Gaudin Ford $ervice has higher pricing than Ford Country Service.. For example, to inspect my seat belt for repair , Gaudin charged me $60 inspection fee. Ford Country charged me $ZERO for the same inspection. I spent $2000 for my repair work at Gaudin, yet they wanted to charge me $60 to inspect my seat belt? No thank you, Gaudin Ford Service.... I will not be coming back in the future when my cars need repair. Bruce Redden

Lisa Contreras F*t Ugly *** She works Ford Gaudin. Lisa Contreras is *** Horrible messy ,F*t, u*ly, B*tch.I heard of She takes money from her workers other ways she tells them she can fire them. They have to give to her tip for they can hold their job. If they give to her tip they can do what they want. I mean every fault can be go in cover. She takes money 2 times more from customers. I went to service with my car asked to her how much is diagnosis price? She told to me diagnosis is $110. I talk to one of other person their. He told to me diagnosis is $51. She is taking extra money for her pocket. I told to Lisa Contreras face she is *** F*t, U*ly *** She told to me she is going to in-trouble on my car. Yes!! I went to Las Vegas . My car got in trouble their. I went to Ford Gaudin for fix. They tried to rip me off!!! That place just rip off!!! I went to sales location 1 customer was screaming to them "This place just the rip off!!!" Don't go to Ford Gaudin in Las Vegas. That place just the RIP OFF!!! Lots of angry customers around of them. Service department rip off!!! Sales department rip off!!! Just stay-- away--- from Rip off!! ford gaudin.. In Las Vegas people call Ford Gaudin Ripp OFF!!! Place. They are making fun about that. If you want to get rip off!!! go to the Ford Gaudin Rip Off!!!!!!!!

FORD GAUDIN RIP OFF!!!! DON'T GO!!!

Ford Gaudin just the RIP OFF!!!! Don't go to Ford Gaudin. You can buy same car from other dealership much cheaper price. They are adding lots of extra charges on you.. Don't trust and don't believe them. Ford Gaudin Service Department all rip off!!! too....They are all trying to RIP OFF!!! Customers how much he can rip off!!! Even people works at Ford Gaudin Las Vegas telling to their friends don't go to Ford Gaudin just the RIP OFF!!!! In Las VEgas lots of customers complaint for Ford Gaudin!!!!! Some of them press charges for Ford Gaudin Rip Off!!!

I am unaware of any customer's pressing charges. In fact, since 1923 we have provided excellant customer service in the Las Vegas Valley.

Gaudin Ford Las Vegas - Dangerous

After working on the brakes of my car they wanted to send me home with only 2 lug nuts on the front tire! One was broken and the other was stripped. When I pointed it out the shrugged and said too bad. They failed to diagnose a broken mount mount and many other things any basic mechanic should know. This is the worst place to take your car. They are totally incompetent and going there may cost you your life. The only time they tried to do anything was when I walked on to the showroom floor and started talking to people who were buying cars. I got at least one person to walk away when he was sitting with pen in hand to sign the contract. Avoid this place at all costs.

I apologize for your situation. Do you have the correct dealer and location as we are in Vegas?

If us, I am unclear how we did not diagnose a repair. Was it requested to be diagnosed/repaired? There is a check out fee that must be authorized by a consumer prior to us inspecting. It also seems like an easy fix to add 2 lugnuts?
