Order error on my part
I ordered incorrect quantity and color of shoes and the customer service department updated it immediately and saved me time! They were awesome and I was extremely impressed!

I can never get in contact with anyone at the company. I can't get the customer service number to call them directly. I just want my product.
I need to speak to an actual person to find out where my order is and why it's taking so long to get to me. I am getting very frustrated at this point!

LaterI entered information about the goods I wanted to return and by the end of the process a fee for the pick up of the returns couldnt be taken because the place to enter the card number was gray and I couldnt submit my order to return
I tried to call the code was not working and later the phone was not ringing

No paperwork came with the shoes and I do not have the order number and the shoes are not correct and I need to return it
My husband has Parkinson's and cannot easily get the shoes on.
I want te return these shoes ASAP and the return process is so convoluted that it is very nerve wracking.
