Cabin #1: Roaches, leak in lights, fire alarms goes off randomly at all hours; sewer backed up on multiple floors, TVs do not work
Cabin #2 (given b/c of the multiple issues in Cabin #1): Not available to use until after 1700; sink caved in; TVs did not work.
In between #1 and #2, the incorrect cabin was given - it went from 15 bed to 8.
CSRs are rude.

Never again will we stay at gatlinburg falls resort. We stayed at the watch tower.
Its full of mice droppings all over the kitchen in every drawer upstairs on the nightstand, couldnt even leave our food out in the kitchen. They also lied about having outdoor fire pit and chairs, looks like a bear took a bite out of the hot tub cover, nasty and never ever again

Worst place ever!! Can't leave less than 1 star.
The place was not clean. We had to clean it ourselves, go buy all of our own products to clean. Had no hand towels or wash cloths. They didn't care and they took the wash cloths we bought.
Hot tub was broken. Drawers were dirty and had other peoples hair in it. 2 beds were not even made. Took videos and pictures of everything.
They go by several company names. Serene Ravine cabin

If you like terrible customer service, rodent droppings, cockroaches and dead flies then this is the company for you to rent a cabin from!
We had to wait for the cabin to be cleaned. The carpet had trash and ground in remanent food all around the trash can.
Various pieces of trash, change and previous guests belongings were throughout the cabins carpeted area. The tile floors were so sticky that we could not walk without our shoes sticking to it.
There was what I can only assume were dirty blankets shoved into the linen closet.
The jetted bath tub only has partial hot water, not even enough to fill it half way up.
The fridge, oven and dresser all have pieces hanging off of them.
There were mouse droppings all over the kitchen counters and window sills. Left over food particles on the kitchen counters and in the sink and a smell coming from the garbage disposal that lead to the discovery of left over food sitting in it as well.
Dead flies cover the window sills and dresser tops. Cockroaches crawling around the kitchen.
The king size mattress is TERRIBLE, neither one of us were able to sleep.
Make sure to bring your own linens because the blanket used to cover it was stained and dirty.
The bathroom had toothpaste splattered all over the wall and vanity and toothpaste rings from the previous guest.
There were only four towels and no washcloths for a cabin that is suppose to sleep six.
The railing on the back deck is not attached, the gap between it and the support beam is a good four inches if not more.
All in all Id give this cabin a -10/10 if it were possible. I wish I had known what condition this cabin was in before we reserved it.

After 20 hours and no response from the host I had no choice but to contact VRBO who finally connected me with a manager for the resort, her solution was to have maintenance come spray for cockroaches, however they never showed up. I spent 25 minutes on the phone with a manager fighting to get the cleaning fee back after checking out.

Heat Issues
We are currently in our 1st night staying in a cabin at 1512 Bald Eagle Drive. We contacted the front office after checking regarding heating issues but no one has come to check on the issue and its almost 11pm.
The main floor of our cabin has no heat and its freezing inside. We need someone to contact us immediately.
Worst Dirtiest Cabin - Fraud
Our family travels to Gatlinburg annually to celebrate elderly parents. 2015 in April we used Gatlinburg Falls for the first time.
Repeated conversations with management assured our family that we were staying at a luxury cabin as advertised in the picture on the website for Legacy Lodge. They lied. We checked our parents and 15 other family members to the following:
Molded bathtubs; broken hot tub; broken ice maker; filthy carpet; dirty floors; broken surround sound; broken furniture; dented appliances; broken chairs; lack of parking; mildwew smell. My parents are in their 80"s and this company was only concerned about making a dollar illegally.
Do not support this type of business. They will not prosper. This was our last family trip. We were heartbroken.
Parents are very ill now and cannot travel. I hope they enjoyed our 3,500.00 dollars.
