took my 2016 Nissan Murano to have oil and filter change. A few weeks later I started to hear a sound coming from under the hood.

Since I still have a warranty left I took it in to Nissan dealership. They then discovered they could freely spin the oil filter with there hand, that obviously Gateway did not put the oil filter on correctly and tighten it with the tool only their hands which did not let it seal with the oil pan. All the while my car was slowly losing oil and the sound I was hearing was my engine running with barely any oil in it. Nissan fixed the problem.

I contacted Gateway Tires on S.

Church Street in Murfreesboro, TN to let them know what happened and they did not install my oil filter properly. They agreed to reimburse me for my oil change and my cost to the Nissan dealership which I appreciated but wants me to sign a statement they can not be held responsible for any other problems that may result in this down the line. Which I will not do mainly because this invalidates my cars warranty now.

What is going to be done about my no good warranty now?

All they said was well you didnt bring it back to us in the first place and why would I, as I dont know what was wrong which is why I took it to Nissan where whatever the problem my warranty would have covered it to fix it.

I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT NOW HAVING NO WARRANTY. Due to their negligence.

I purchased a tire on 10/24/23 with a tire protection plan. Unfortunately, the tire went flat in an irreparable condition.

Today, on 11/21/2023, the tire has been replaced, and I paid $160.21. Because it is "claimed" that the tire reached 50% of its tread wear.

The tire brand is "General G-Max AS-07 All Season 255/45ZR20 105W XL Passenger Tire."

General Tire, the manufacturer, defines the tread life as 50,000 miles.

I bought this car as brand new in 2021. My current odometer is around 37,700 miles, indicating that I've driven less than 13,000 miles since the tire was installed. That keeps it around 25% of tread wear.

I am curious about how the tire has worn out 50% of its expected lifetime in such a short distance and time.

I disagree with the notion that a tire can only reach 50% tread wear within a year through drifting or aggressive usage. The fact that the car has been used gently as a family vehicle contradicts this assumption.

My second concern pertains to the original price of the tire. Today, the same tires are at Walmart for $183.84 each. In contrast, it was sold to me during the replacement transaction for $257.36.

I am inquiring whether you offer price matching in this case.

T this might be the most overrun with incompetence place I have ever been in my life I have been here 3 hours to get a flat fixed watching people prop tires up by cars and go smoke cigarettes worthles

It is garbage lazy employees no guidance no drive no cares no customer satisfaction worthless Had a flat in parking lot needing to get it fixed have work to do a hundred miles away have been here 3 hours and not get a flat fixer for employee popping tires up against vehicles and going out and smoking going inside standing in the air conditioning this is ridiculous never come here

Buy a new set of tires have to leave car there all day

Buy a set of tires with life time road hazard have to leave your car there all day..get a nail in your tire leave your car there all day.Try to get your tires rotated sorry sir you will have to leave your car or wait 6 hours?? So I had to go to another tire company to get my tire fixed took 30 minutes..

I needed tires and my lug was striped

I called and spoke with April first thing this morning. I was so upset because my lug was cross threaded. I thought I needed to have it knocked out. April told me to come on up that she was sure they could rescue me. I only had a certain amount to spend on tires. When I made it I was greeted by April's smiling face. She told me that they could actually put the tires on cheaper than I had priced elsewhere. Which was wonderful. Terry got my keys took my car inside. Within a few minutes he came out and told April that he had gotten the lug off. Needless to say this girl will NEVER go anywhere else for retires!! April and Terry were amazing!! Ti qo

Very Slow Service

I had to get my truck towed in. I chose Gateway to repair it. That was a mistake. I arrived at 12pm. It was 2pm, they still hadnt even raised the hood to look at it yet. The guys behind the counter could care less. I saw so many people coming and going. Im thinking, i was here way before they was. I finally realized, they had only one mechanic. Give me a break. Next time i will choose another company.

Rude service

7/24/2018 8:30AM. Low tire indicator on so we stopped. Kohn Said it would be an hour top look at the car so I waited with no one in the lobby. After an hour and half a tech took the car back. I was outside on my phone so I ask him if he found the low tire. He said I had a bad tire and showed me the scalloped out on the back left. I went to John and said I needed a tire and he very rudely said "I need the ticked" and walked away. When he got the ticket he never acknowledged me at the counter, he went to his computer to figure out how much he could charge me, but before he returned to me he answered the phone and took and ordered some tires for someone else. When he came to me he just said I need a set of tires and gave me a price. ticket indicated 3/32 on front. I was insulted by his customer relation skills and think he desperately needs training to deal with the public. I have been doing business here at the Lakeland location on highway 64 for over 16 years, but after this I have priced around for the new tires. Being a business owner and having 3 vehicles that require tires, I know the importance of the company knowing how your customers are treated. Oh I did buy 1 tire to replace the bad one because there was no other options. TYhomas Spencer

I paid for them to do over $300 of work on my tires and front end alignment which they didn't do alignment and i didn't know until family checked it. I had bought new tires and now those tires are no good. Wasted money and I think they should be responsible for those two tires. Which they wanted to sale me two tire for half price and all that did was pissed me off. I can promise I will never recommend this place to anyone. Starkville Ms location...

Lied about the diagnostics and

An auto mechanic from Gateway Tire and Auto on Cool Springs Blvd in Franklin, TN lied and cheated me. I had AutoZone run my check-engine light before I dropped the car off and was told there was a problem with my transmission. The repair center replaced a $500 fuel injection system without my consent or even calling with the diagnosis. One week later this brand new fuel injection system is broken and they refused to honor their guarantee without charging me another $186 diagnostic fee! The mechanic intentionally did not fix the actual problem, instead he replaced a part which was not broken incorrectly so that I would have to return to their store for more repair. DO NOT GO HERE!
