AI Highlights
  • - -Complaints about Toya's aggressive and disruptive behavior.
  • - -On 8/14/17 Toya punched a staff member after a bump, causing a fight.

TO: The Donors/ Volunteers of Gateway180 at 1000 n 19th st., St Louis MO., 63106. There had been several complaints to staff about Toya, a homeless single mother living in the Gym.

The complaints were about aggressive, bully and primadonna behavior, but nothing was ever done. Also, Toya initiates open flirting with the male staff. At 10p on 8/14/17 Toya exploded when a shelter female slightly bumped (tapped) into her, Toya thru a punch. This was a knockdown/ shirt pulled off/ stomping fight (like a dumbdown version of "Orange is the new Black").

Afterwards, Toya was REWARDED and upgraded to a room on the 2nd floor****she wasn't kicked out!! Again, the staff had been fairly warned about Toya.

Unfortunately, the Gym is 55% overpopulated and there's daily tension, disrespect and trash talking. The females (who don't have a "pot to *** in" ) are ALWAYS angry!
