absolutely the worst! Be careful, if you are thinking about ordering from them, they fooled us and mislead us, took our money and have the item in their possession.

We needed a board quickly and they showed the board in stock for a gate, we called to make sure and were told yes in stock and when asked about return policy the woman said, '30 day return on most items', not most items, and not what we inquired about in same phone call she clearly mislead us. Took over two weeks, they had to get from manufacturer. By then repair technician got another one because tennant were screaming. Sent back unopened, they accepted, but claim it's not returnable.

They have our money and the board. And treated us rudely when they were dishonest and clearly operate this way. I suggest get from other reputable places that don't take advantage of customers to make money at all cost.

I wish others had spoken up here than some of the fake reviews I am seeing here now. If they don't refund or return the item, this might me considered stealing.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It seems that there phone system had issues and they didn't know.

They did get back in touch and made things right.

I have full trust that they are not a flaky company and will do business with then in the future. If you call them ask for Brandy, she is on top of everything, from product to what the status of your order is.

They tell you two day shipping and that turns out to be 9, they will not answer the phone or emails. When they shipped my order it was short an item that I needed the most and never told me they were out of stock or I could have purchased it from another company so I could get my customers gate working before Christmas.

Real bad service

They say same day shipping!...waited 12 days, they never answer their phone, I know I have tried calling them many times and was on hold one time for 38 mins. The email option never gets a response.

I wonder if this guy is working out of his garage and is at his day job.

So received my order today and they back ordered a critical part I needed and they never told me, I could have ordered it from 10 other companies. I SUGGEST STRONGLY THAT YOU DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Bad return policy: Money Grabbers

I did order an incorrect part, description which was misleading in the Linear manual, sent the part back, unopened and 100% intact and ordered the correct part; after waiting for two weeks, there was no update on shipping and when I checked the attitude was 'we will contact Linear blah blah blah'. I cancelled the order and now 'per their return policy' had to pay 20% on the earlier return. Do read the fine print else you will pay for it!

I ordered parts from their website, they offered optional 2 day shipping, and I paid dearly for it. Three days later no parts, no tracking, nothing.

I telephoned their customer service department who explained everything I ordered had to be back ordered...wow, started to suspect they don't actually stock anything. I asked about the very expensive 2 day shipping, and they said it would still apply because when they actually get the items, they will ship whithin 2 days. What a bunch of rip offs!!!

Don't waste your time with this business. I cancelled my order, and yet to receive the credit for the transaction.
