what an annoying company this is. I have terminated my account with G2S 1 week after I signed in with them (that was the starting of a nightmare) and that was about a month ago.
Now I am dealing with the same thing?!!
taking money out of my bank account after I have canceled my account with them (ADVANCED). You people with your costumer service and for the third times " CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND DONT EVEN KNOCK AT MY DOOR!!!".,,, thank you.
Preferred solution: I want my money back and for god sake "cancel my account already".

Rubbish service. Absolutely deadful service. Would not recommend this product or company to anyone and broadcast the poor and dreadful service on the social media. What do I need to do get my login details.
If you cannot provide the necessary details please advisee how I can claim refund.
I purchased the product on 7 November 2014 and I have not been able to use ii. Please advise me at the earliest whether I will be given the login detail so I can start using the product or can I have money back
