While we do our best to provide as much information as possible within our travel documents, we are sorry to hear if there was any misunderstanding in regards to the transfer. As for the flights, please know at the time the reservation is created our system offers all of the options available at that time along with the best possible pricing.

What was selected may have been the most cost effective option or it could have been, at the time, the most convenient flight.

Nevertheless, we do regret any inconvenience and can certainly look into other flight options for you in the future.

Call any US Government agency and ask a question. People that don't know the answer will place you on hold and then hang up after 5 minutes.

Others make up an answer to get rid of you.

I always call at least 3 times and write a letter in order to get accurate information.

Reservation agents are usually entry level employees that have "cheat sheets" for common questions but only experience can answer the hard question.

Although the replacement accommodations were at a hotel of equal star rating, we are sorry to hear of any disappointment. It is not our custom to make hotel changes after a reservation has been confirmed and we certainly regret that it became necessary to do so.

As for the flights, please know that they did include a legal connection. Connection times are dictated by the airlines themselves and are FAA approved.

Had it not been deemed legal, we would not be able to issue tickets. That said, we can understand how stressful this can be and regret any inconvenience.

We accept that terminated employees may be disgruntled, and in most cases we can accept their venting about the company that let them go, however, for someone to anonymously call us racist is unacceptable. Our whole business is designed to encourage others to experience the cultural diversity around the world .

We employ many different nationalities and ethnic groups in our offices around the world and our largest office here in the US. We take pride in the diversity of our staff and believe that diversity has greatly contributed to our success.

When charges of racism are lightly and falsely thrown around it makes the productive discussion of racial issues and the dream of a world with no racism that much harder to achieve.

Gate1travel in Alexandria, Virginia - Say no to virgin vacation, Gate 1

My family and I spent our X-mas vacation with Virgin Vacations ( gate 1) to Thailand. What a mistake, I would not do it again. They missed to pick us up at the airport, and after 2/hrs of searching we had to hire taxi to go to the hotel. They didn't bother to come to airport and pick us up as they promised when we purchased our Vacation package. And that was just the beginning. We paid for five, but on my surprised more than half of our vacation we had four beds, and if we want to have another bed we had to pay for it. When I came back and complaint to Virgin Vacation ( Gate 1) They acknowledge of being fully aware of this, but chose to charge their customer for five people and give service for four. My final word, if you have to travel with Virgin Vacations ( Gate 1) which I hope you don't, because you get cheated somewhere and somehow by this company.

Gate1 Travel will not work with you if you have problems. Even if you bought the insurance.

You will never hear back.

Once something goes wrong they are no longer friendly or responsive. As long as nothing goes wrong you will be fine, but in case something does, buy insurance through an outside reputable vendor.

Hamed is a ***. This is exactly what happens when you do NOT reade all of your travel docs in triplicate before you leave.

Yes Gate 1 made a human error, but the fault is that of the customer for not reading his docs as he was INSTRUCTED TO DO BY THE TRAVEL SELLER.

The kid sounds like a whiny, spoiled brat, also.
